Emily Overholt

Emily Overholt is a Planner I at The Corporation of the County of Prince Edward since January 2022, with previous experience as a Junior Planner at Fotenn Planning + Design from October 2020 to June 2021. Emily's academic background includes a Master's degree in Urban Planning from Toronto Metropolitan University (2018-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in International Development from the University of Guelph (2016-2018). As a Graduate Assistant at Toronto Metropolitan University, Emily designed and facilitated tutorials for an undergraduate course and assisted in the grading of coursework. Additionally, as a Committee of Adjustment Intern at the City of Toronto, Emily reviewed minor variance applications and created hearing notices while collaborating with external departments and applicants.
