Alice H. has extensive experience in business analysis and project management, currently holding the position of Business Analyst / Project Manager at The Corporation of the Town of Ajax since November 2020. Prior to this role, Alice worked at BGRS from June 2018 to November 2020 as a Business Analyst specializing in Process Optimization and as a Senior Human Resource Information System Analyst. Alice's responsibilities included program management of HR projects, overseeing project plans, monitoring progress, and addressing project risks to ensure successful outcomes, as well as managing IT projects related to Human Resources. Alice holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Statistics from The Australian National University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems and Commerce from the University of Tasmania.
