Ethan Agarwal

Ethan A. is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in both the fitness and consulting industries. As Co-Founder and CEO of The Coterie since 2021, Ethan has demonstrated leadership and innovation. Previously, Ethan founded and served as CEO of Aaptiv from January 2016 to December 2020, where the company generated approximately $100 million in revenue, gained over 1 million paying customers in 20 countries, and raised $70 million in capital from prominent investors such as Insight, Amazon, and Disney. Prior to Aaptiv, Ethan held positions at McKinsey & Company as Engagement Manager, LionEye Capital as Associate, and Citadel Investment Group as Associate. Early in the career, Ethan worked as an Analyst at Lehman Brothers. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from The Johns Hopkins University.
