Debra Hammond is an experienced retail leader currently serving as the Head of Retail at The Cotswold Company since October 2022. Prior to this role, Debra worked at Dufry Group from September 2017 to December 2022, where responsibilities included championing operational risk culture and compliance at Stansted and Luton Airports while liaising with stakeholders to embed a risk-based culture. Earlier experience includes serving as Store Operations Manager at Dufry Group, where Debra directed operations and developed retail strategies, and as a Senior Store Manager at Next, where leadership was provided to flagship stores in Chelmer Village and London Bond Street, overseeing large teams and achieving KPIs. Debra's career also includes early managerial roles with responsibility for daily operations in various retail environments. Educationally, Debra attended St John Payne School, obtaining multiple GCSEs.
