Hannah Edwards

Hannah Edwards has a diverse and extensive work experience across various industries. Hannah started their career at Virgin Atlantic Airways, where they held roles as an HR Coordinator, Recruitment Services Adviser, and Senior HR Adviser. Hannah then transitioned to Virgin Holidays as a Human Resources and Development Manager, where they were responsible for the HR function and introduced competencies into the organization. After that, Hannah worked as the Owner of Restaurante Los Limoneros before joining Unilever as an HR Advisor, where they supported the devolvement of HR practices to line managers. Hannah later joined Norfolk County Council as an HR Service Partner, providing a professional HR service to the Adult Social Services department. Hannah then moved to NorseCare as an HR Business Partner, where they played a strategic role in growing the business and managing large-scale organizational change. Hannah also worked at Ipswich Borough Council as an HR Operations Manager and at the Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust as a Strategic OD & HR Manager.
