Michelle Hemington has extensive experience in merchandising, currently serving as Head of Merchandising at The Cotswold Company since May 2022, after holding the position of Merchandising Manager. Prior to this role, Michelle was a Merchandising Manager at Start-Rite Shoes Ltd from February 2020 to May 2022 and served as Senior Buying & Merchandising Manager for Coach Europe from October 2016 to February 2020. Following a career break for travel in South America, Michelle worked in merchandise planning at Burberry for a 5-month fixed-term contract and held various merchandising roles at Gap Inc./Banana Republic, White Stuff, AllSaints Retail Ltd, and John Lewis, starting as a Merchandising Assistant. Michelle holds a BA Honours degree in Fashion Merchandising Management from the University of Westminster and a Textiles, Merchandising and Design Major from the University of Rhode Island.
