Currently serving as the Director of Merchandising at The Cotswold Company since August 2022, Mike previously held significant roles at The White Company from 2005 to 2022, including Business Lead for Microsoft D365 implementation and Head of Merchandising for Home. Prior to that, Mike was a Senior Online Merchandiser at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd from 2011 to 2014, focusing on maximizing profitability through strategic stock management. With a career that began as an Assistant Merchandiser at Aldi in 1998, Mike has consistently contributed to various retailers, including Amazon and BHS, showcasing expertise in product placement, trading management, and merchandising strategies. Mike holds a BA Hons 2:1 in History from The University of Sheffield.
