Rod Baker

Rod Baker has a diverse work experience in the field of security and law enforcement. Rod has worked in various positions such as Assistant Site Director - Operations at Covenant Aviation Security, LLC, Director of Security at Allied Universal Compliance and Investigations, Director of Security and Client Manager at Allied Universal, and Security Advisor at AdvisoryCloud. Rod has also served as an Advisory Board Member at CionSystems Inc and President/Owner at North West Protection Strategies LLC. Additionally, they have worked as a Deputy at Eureka County Sheriff's Office and as a Sergeant at Ruston Police Department. Rod has also held the position of Director Of Security (Contracted) at Wargaming Seattle. Their career in law enforcement started as the Chief of Transit Police at Pierce Transit - Dept. of Public Safety, where they led all aspects of transit police, security, and emergency management.

Rod Baker earned a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Columbia Southern University from 2014 to 2020. Prior to that, they studied Criminal Justice at Colorado Mesa University from 1980 to 1982. In addition to their degrees, Rod also obtained various certifications including Private Investigator from Washington State in 2017 and Colorado Peace Officer Certification from Colorado P.O.S.T. in 1985. Rod also received certifications in Executive Leadership, First Level Supervision, Middle Management, and Washington State Peace Officer Training from the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission.
