Lynda Canas

Lynda Canas possesses extensive experience in senior living operations, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at The Cottages Senior Living since January 2005. Prior to this role, Lynda was the Executive Director at American Retirement Corporation, overseeing an Independent, Assisted Living, and Alzheimer's property in Pearland, Texas, from March 2002 to December 2004. Lynda's earlier tenure as Regional Nurse Manager and Traveling Executive Director at Grace Management involved conducting risk management and medication audits while managing a 120-bed Assisted Living and Memory Care unit in Sugar Land, Texas. Lynda earned a BA in Health from Columbus University between 2000 and 2001, and also attended San Antonio College in 1997.
