Holly Dees has been working in the education sector for several years, currently holding the position of Assistant Director of Curriculum at The Cottonwood School. Prior to this role, Holly served as the Instructional Administrator at The Cottonwood Charter School and as a Regional Coordinator/Teacher at Inspire Charter Schools. Holly pursued higher education at California State University-Sacramento, where Holly obtained their Bachelor's degree in Music Theater, and later at National University, where Holly earned their Master of Education degree in Crosscultural Teaching.

At The Cottonwood School, we take an integrative approach to education. We believe education is more than academic learning. We foster holistic learning through the many activities and events we offer each month — virtual and in-person field trips; workshops for students; hands-on, experiential activities, and so much more. Cottonwood’s activities motivate and inspire students to engage with subjects and offer ways to collaborate with other students. Homeschooling is no longer an isolating experience, but a dynamic pathway for education.
