Alecia Carter

Alecia Carter has extensive experience in early childhood education and community engagement, currently serving as the Community Engagement & Learning Coordinator and Credentialing Academy Alumni Support at The Council for Professional Recognition since July 2020. Previously, Alecia held the role of Site Director at KinderCare Education, where responsibilities included classroom management and family relationship development. Prior experience also includes positions at the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) as a Program Support Associate and Program Coordinator, providing accreditation support and training for child care programs. Additional roles include Program Support Specialist at TheraCom and Substance Abuse Program Case Manager at CoreLogic. Alecia Carter holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services with a focus on Child and Adolescent Development from Walden University.
