Heather Shaffer has extensive experience in management consulting and fiscal strategy. Heather currently serves as the Chief Fiscal Strategist at The Council of State Governments, overseeing financial operations and stewardship of resources. Previously, Heather held various roles at KPMG US, culminating in the Director position. Heather has a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Florida.
