Joe Paul

Joe Paul is a Policy Analyst at The Council of State Governments, where Joe develops public policy in a non-partisan framework. Prior to this, Joe worked as a Resource Management Analyst at the Kentucky Education and Labor Cabinet. Joe holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Strayer University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Kentucky.
