Jon Davis is a Policy Analyst and Communications Specialist at The Council of State Governments, focusing on the effects of laws and public policies in Midwestern states, particularly in Wisconsin. Jon also serves as an Associate Editor at Shore Line Interurban Historical Society and is a member of the 49th Ward Participatory Budgeting Committee. With a background in journalism and urban planning, Jon has contributed to various organizations such as the Chicago Tribune, American Planning Association, and Building Resilient Regions. Jon holds a Master's degree in Public Affairs Reporting from the University of Illinois Springfield and a B.A. in English from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
