Tim Hall

Tim Hall, SHRM-SCP, has a strong background in human resources and talent management. Tim currently serves as the Human Resources Director at The Council of State Governments, where Tim leads geographically distributed teams supporting US Infrastructure and Commercial Account Management Divisions. Prior to this, Tim was the Vice President of Talent Management at Tetra Tech for over 23 years, where Tim led global talent management initiatives for the company. Tim started their career as a Human Resources Generalist at GlaxoSmithKline after completing a BS in Biology from Wake Forest University.
