Carolina Velazco

Carolina Velazco is currently an Outreach Case Manager at The Council on Recovery, and previously worked as a Children and Youth Enrichment Specialist at Houston Area Women's Center. Prior to this, Carolina held a role as a Phone and Digital Organizer at Workers Defense In Action PAC. Velazco has also worked as a Spanish Peer Assistant Learning Tutor at Washington & Jefferson College and as a Teaching Fellow at Breakthrough Pittsburgh. Carolina holds a Bachelor's degree in Gender Women's Studies and Spanish from Washington & Jefferson College.
