Jerry England CPA PFS is the Treasurer at The Council on Recovery since 2015, and also the Owner of England & Company, Certified Public Accountants since 1985. Prior to this, Jerry served as Senior Accountant at Practice Management Services and Auditor at The Ohio Department of Taxation. Additionally, Jerry holds a BA in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati.
