The Council
Rachel Tsui, PhD, serves as Head of Customer Success at Komodo Health, where leadership of a customer success team has focused on scaling healthcare intermediaries and risk-bearing entities, as well as expanding into life sciences industries. With a proven track record in business development and customer success, Rachel has significantly contributed to Komodo’s growth and revenue retention. Additional roles include Venture Partner at The Council, and active participation as an angel investor and member of CS Angel. Previous experience encompasses sales operations, business development, and customer success roles at Science Exchange, ZS, and APEX Think Consulting. Rachel Tsui holds a PhD in Biochemistry from UC San Diego and a BA in Chemistry: Biochemistry from Boston University.
