Melitta McDonald is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at the Food Agribusiness Network since November 2024 and as a Committee Member for the Sunshine Coast Regional Jobs Committee since June 2024, Melitta is dedicated to fostering local workforce development and industry collaboration. In addition, Melitta holds the position of Chief People Officer at The Country Chef Bakery Co. since January 2024, following a significant tenure at Campbell Construction Co. as Head of Human Resources and other previous roles. Melitta's educational background includes a Bachelor of Property Economics and Development from the University of the Sunshine Coast, a Double Diploma in HRM & Leadership from The College For Adult Learning, and a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources Management & Public Relations from QUT, complemented by a Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Management.
