Duan Lee-Watkins

Duan Lee-Watkins has significant experience in various roles within criminal justice and technology. Currently serving as a Sex Offender Registry Specialist and previously as a Drug Testing Technician at The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency since January 2017, Duan has been responsible for ensuring compliance with drug testing protocols for probation and parole offenders. Prior work experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at 100Devs, where Duan designed and developed full-stack applications using Node.js and Express. Additionally, during time at Frostburg State University from August 2012 to May 2016, Duan worked in Technical Services, managing sound and lighting for events. Duan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Frostburg State University.
