Stephen Dugas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various roles, particularly in sales management and safety training. Since retiring in May 2018, Stephen has served as Sales Manager at The Diabetic Herbivore and as Owner of CPR Nomad, teaching CPR/AED and First Aid across the country. Additionally, Stephen has been a CPR/First Aid Instructor for The CPR Lady and a Sales Manager/Partner at Riverbend IT Solutions, focusing on innovative IT solutions. Previous positions include HSE Coordinator roles at Fluor and KBR, where Stephen was responsible for safety training and inspections, as well as experience in material handling and inventory management. Stephen holds a certificate in Therapeutic Massage Therapy from Midwest Institute for Body Somatic Therapy and has operated as a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2002.

The CPR Lady, Inc. began operating as an American Heart Association Training Center in March 1994. We offer a unique business model teaching both Providers and AHA Instructors at multiple training locations throughout southern California including Orange, LA, San Diego, and Riverside Counties, as well as, San Luis Obispo and Sacramento. Over 200+ Instructors include nurses, paramedics and physicians possessing professional experience and backgrounds in Emergency Care, Critical Care, Prehospital Care, and Nursing Education. Our Instructors have developed expertise in course content through extensive clinical experience and frequent teaching of the AHA curriculum. Services include promoting AHA Instructors as they develop and grow their independent businesses, instructing and marketing CPR, BLS, ACLS, PALS and First Aid in the community.
