Michael Rosen

Michael Rosen is a seasoned finance and hospitality professional with extensive experience in asset management and restaurant entrepreneurship. As Principal at Context Capital Management, LLC since 2001, Michael has contributed to the firm managing $2.0 billion in assets. Michael is also the Founder of The Crack Shack and Juniper and Ivy, both celebrated restaurant ventures in San Diego, emphasizing quality ingredients and innovative cuisine. Prior to these roles, Michael held leadership positions at OppenheimerFunds as President of the Rochester Division and led Rochester Capital Advisors, a mutual fund advisory firm with $3 billion in assets, before its acquisition by OppenheimerFunds. Michael holds an MBA in Finance & Marketing from the University of Rochester's Simon Business School and a BA in Economics and Psychology from the University of Rochester.
