Julia Carpenter

Julia Carpenter is a Design + Marketing Specialist at The Creative Partners Group and also runs Julia Carpenter Design as a Freelance Graphic Designer. Julia has completed over 15 jobs for local businesses in Eau Claire, WI and the greater Minneapolis St. Paul area.
