Michelle Lucinario

Michelle Lucinario has extensive experience in customer service and sales roles. Michelle started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Sitel in 2011 and worked there as a Product Specialist until 2013. Michelle then joined West Contact Services Inc. as a Customer Service Representative from 2013 to 2015. Michelle then worked at Concentrix as a Customer Service Representative from 2015 to 2020, and additionally as a Technical Support Specialist from 2015 to 2020. Currently, they hold the role of Sales QA Specialist at The Credit Pros since 2020.

Michelle Lucinario attended the Saint Thomas Institute of Computer Technology Cabanatuan from 2005 to 2006. During this time, they pursued an Associate degree in Computer Software Technology, focusing on Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology.
