Whitney Seifman, MHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at The Crossing, a Christian Church, since March 2020. Seifman has developed extensive experience in human resources and compensation across various organizations, including Kingdom One, where roles included HR Coach, HR Director, and HR Manager from November 2021 to February 2025. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Manager Compensation at MGM Resorts International and Compensation Manager at Caesars Entertainment Corporation, managing programs for approximately 32,000 team members. Fundamental roles at NV Energy encompassed full-cycle recruitment and community relations, while earlier experiences included a leadership position with the Associated Students of the University of Nevada. Seifman holds a Master’s Degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and Communication from the University of Nevada, Reno.

The Crossing Christian Church
The Crossing is non-denominational Christian Church in southwest Las Vegas. Since we began in 2000, our mission has been “helping people discover Jesus and the journey.” We carry that mission out through a wide range of ministries. Our Sunday services include a Bible-based, thought provoking message that is relevant to your life, along with dynamic music, thematic videos, and other creative elements. We have children’s and student ministries with age-appropriate teaching and activities for birth through college. Our small groups and care ministries help everyone get connected, because we believe that life change happens best in relationships. We have outreach partnerships in five states and seventeen countries in order to promote unity and impact in our community and around the world.
