Allison Rattenborg

Allison Rattenborg is an experienced professional in volunteer coordination, education, and children's ministry. Currently serving as the Serve Coordinator at The Crossing since August 2019, Rattenborg focuses on enhancing volunteerism within the organization. Previously, Rattenborg worked as a Program Manager at Junior Achievement of Greater St. Louis, Inc., where the emphasis was on teaching financial literacy to K-12 youth. With a strong background in children's ministry as the Director at Northminster Presbyterian Church, Rattenborg managed programming for young children and collaborated with a core team of volunteers. Additional experience includes roles as Associate Director at Northminster Learning Center, Instructor at Illinois State University, and Language Arts Teacher & Drama Director at Concordia Lutheran School. Rattenborg holds a Master's degree in Communication from Illinois State University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Theatre, and English Secondary Education from the University of Northern Iowa.
