Pat Brown has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on social work and mental health services. They have held various roles throughout their career, starting as a Director of Ambulatory Services at Cleveland Clinic in 1991. Over the years, they have gained experience in managing daily operations, budgeting, supervision, team building, quality improvement, and providing patient/family interventions. Pat has also been responsible for facilitating system-wide transformation of behavioral health services and developing seamless entry systems for behavioral health services. Currently, they serve as the Chief Operating Officer at The Crossroads Center, where they oversee various departments and align the agency's business plan with the overall strategic vision.
Pat Brown earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work from Cleveland State University in 1989. They went on to obtain a Master of Social Science Administration degree in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University in 1995. In 1997, Pat completed an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Lake Erie College. They then pursued a Master of Arts in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University, which they finished in 1996. In 2012, Pat attended the University of Miami to pursue Professional Coaching, pending their oral exam for certification.
