The Crucible
Julie Bright is an experienced instructor at The Crucible since June 2015, specializing in teaching children aged 8-11 about circuits, soldering, motors, and other technical skills. In addition to teaching classes, Julie has contributed to multiple organizations, including KEH.com as a packer, Flaming Lotus Girls as a volunteer in collaborative fire art, and Gorilla Metals as a customer service representative. Previous roles also include camera operator at Beebe Memorial Cathedral, photographer and camera operator at Hyline Weddings, imaging specialist at Club Swim, and truck operator and news photographer for Tri-Valley Community Television. Julie holds Associate of Arts degrees in Radio and Television Production from Chabot College and in Photography and Television Production from Cosumnes River College.
The Crucible
The Crucible is a nonprofit educational facility that fosters a collaboration of Arts, Industry and Community. Through training in the fine and industrial arts, The Crucible promotes creative expression, reuse of materials, and innovative design while serving as an accessible arts venue for the general public.
