The Crucible
Michael Fong has extensive experience in various artistic and technical roles, currently serving as a volunteer at The Crucible since November 2009, where responsibilities include working with youth at summer camps, engaging in paper sculpture, woodworking, robotics, and supporting the Bike Shop. Additionally, Fong acts as a studio assistant, completing a wide range of tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and photography. Fong has also worked as a stylist for Jan Rhodes Stylist Services since 1985 and was a Tinker at the explOratorium from May 2014 to June 2019, focusing on fixing and building toys. Education includes studies at USAICS in Fort Huachuca, Arizona, and CCSF from 1973 to 1975.
