Mary Ann Vacilek

Mary Ann Vacilek is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as the Controller for The Crystal Charity Ball since November 2021, Mary Ann previously held the position of Chief Operations Officer at Youth 180, Inc. from May 2017 to November 2021. Prior to that, Mary Ann was self-employed as a Contract Controller and worked as Interim Controller at Good Shepherd Episcopal School. Key previous roles include Finance Director for the American Red Cross Dallas Area Chapter, where Mary Ann led the creation and development of the Center of Expertise, and Director of Finance & Resource Development at Rainbow Days, Inc., where Mary Ann developed critical financial policies and engaged with executives and board members. With a solid foundation in accounting and financial management, Mary Ann has demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and organizational development throughout a career spanning over three decades.
