Kristy Johnston, CPC, CRC, and AAPC Approved Instructor, has extensive experience in healthcare coding and education. Currently serving as an Instructor of Risk Adjustment Coding at CSI Companies, Kristy has held multiple leadership roles, including Senior Team Lead and Team Lead. Following entrepreneurial ventures as the Owner of Sign Greeters, Kristy worked as Coder III at MedKoder, LLC, and held the position of Coding Specialist III at Baptist Health Home Health Network. Additionally, Kristy demonstrated expertise as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Aviacode. Education includes studies at the University of Central Arkansas and a diploma in Practical Nursing from Baptist Health System School of Health Professions.
