Simisola Badiru is currently the Head of Artist Services & Relationships at TRACE since January 2023 and serves as a Music Curator at Apple since June 2020. Simisola co-hosts a podcast titled "F&S Uncensored" alongside Feyikemi Akin-Bankole, sharing personal experiences and insights. Additionally, Simisola has been an Event Coordinator at Allure Entertainment and a Brand/Editorial Consultant for The Culture Custodian, focusing on content development and event design. Previous roles include Account Executive at LSFPR, A&R at Universal Music Group Nigeria, and On Air Personality at University of Leicester Galaxy Radio. An early career included appearances as a Radio and TV personality at Amore Nigeria. Simisola holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management with Sociology from the University of Leicester, completed in 2019.

Culture Custodian launched on March 3rd 2014 with the motivation of Curating, Collecting and Creating the stories and events that matter for the Nigerian and African millennial. Culture Custodian caters to the aforementioned target audience and gives them representation in the Nigerian mediascape whilst also educating and informing them across the worlds of Fashion, Music, Politics, Pop Culture, Technology and Sports. Culture Custodian employs a hybrid of traditional writing, visual and audio methods including the Culture Custodian Podcast Network, its website and Culture Custodian TV.
