Griffin Fils

Griffin Fils has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Griffin started their career at Nickelodeon as an Asset & Operations Manager, overseeing facilities and managing contractors. Griffin then moved on to F3 Entertainment, where they worked as an Associate Producer, assisting in the development of video and film projects and coordinating live events. Griffin later joined Break The Floor Productions as a Production Manager, responsible for the overall production and show run of a large dance competition and convention. Prior to that, they worked at Bigger Hammer Production Services as a Stage Technician, specializing in stage management, production management, and various technical roles for music and stage productions. Currently, Griffin is working at The Culver Studios as Director of Studio Operations, managing daily operations and handling various responsibilities related to facility management. Overall, Griffin possesses a wide range of skills and experiences in the entertainment industry.

Griffin Fils received an Associate's degree from Moorpark College, which they attended from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their education and career. These include certifications in CPR/AED/First Aid from the American Red Cross and in MOTION PICTURE/TELEVISION – FIRE SAFETY OFFICER from CAL FIRE, both obtained in May 2019. Griffin also holds certifications as a Boom Lift Operator, Emergency Response & Rescue, Fork Lift Operator, and Hazardous Materials Technician, all obtained in January 2015. Additionally, they have a certification in Ground Rigging from Bigger Hammer Production Services, acquired in January 2014.
