Cecilie Falktoft

Cecilie (Ceci) Falktoft currently serves as Chief of Staff at The Cumulus Coffee Company, a position held since February 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager for Commercialization at Vital Proteins from January 2023 to March 2024, where responsibility included managing innovation stage gate processes and leading large cross-functional meetings. Cecilie previously worked at Apeel as a Product Manager, overseeing product life cycle management and launches, and earlier as an Associate Product Manager at Triage Consulting Group, providing strategic solutions for health system efficiencies. Academic experience includes undergraduate research at UCLA's Kamei Lab and involvement in student organizations, notably as Vice President of Foundation for Delta Gamma, where significant fundraising efforts were made. Cecilie holds a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from UCLA, completed in 2019.
