Daniela Cara is a Human Resources Coordinator at The Customization Group since October 2023, where responsibilities include managing the onboarding process, handling HR documentation, maintaining employee records, and providing assistance for HR inquiries. Previously, Daniela worked at Puzzle Kids from October 2020 to December 2022 as a Behavioral Therapist, applying ABA therapy for children with autism and ADHD, while also liaising with parents and keeping detailed records of treatment progress. Early experiences include a Clinical Psychology Internship, a Behavioral Therapist Internship, and volunteer work at the Mental Health Community Center, focusing on support for individuals with disabilities. Daniela holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Universitatea de Stat din Moldova and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universite de Lorraine.
