Olaf Becker has a Master's degree in Organisational, Work and Health Psychology from Radboud University, which they obtained in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Radboud University in 2019. Olaf also holds a Bachelor's degree in African Studies from Leipzig University, which they completed in 2015. In 2010, Olaf completed their Abitur (A-level) at Berufliches Gymnasium für Wirtschaftswissenschaften (High School for Economics). Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Training for Trainers" from the European Federation for Intercultural Learning in 2020 and "Training as a Facilitator" from AFS Interkulturelle Begegnungen e.V. in 2016.
