Tom Webber

Tom Webber is currently the US Manager of Operations at The Customization Group, managing operations in Miami and Phoenix. They have extensive experience in the food industry, having held positions such as Director of Operations at both Clemens Food Group and Vantage Foods Inc., where they oversaw multiple production superintendents and managed complex operational budgets. Prior to these roles, Tom served as Production Manager at Snyder's-Lance, Inc. and held management positions at Ruby Tuesday and Friendly’s Restaurant. They also own TNT Car and Truck Accessory Inc. and serve as a Managing Partner at Webber Elite Products, demonstrating strong leadership and vendor management skills throughout their career.
