Stuart K. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity. Stuart currently holds the position of Lead Cyber Security Consultant at Cyberfort Group, where they support clients from various sectors in defining and implementing security architectures and solutions that match their requirements. Stuart provided governance, risk, and compliance services to clients, including acting as a CISO for a prominent organization in the energy and commodity price reporting industry. Their responsibilities included forming an information security risk management plan, establishing an information security steering committee, conducting technical design reviews and risk analysis, managing security incidents, and overseeing security operations.

Stuart has also worked at MASS as a Senior Information Assurance Consultant from 2013 to 2018. Their role involved working with the Defense Assurance & Information Security (DAIS) as a consultant accreditor. Additionally, they acted as a consultant risk advisor to a central government organization and conducted IA audits for a UK Accreditation Services (UKAS) auditing body.

Stuart's career also includes their tenure at IBM as an IT Security Consultant - Security & Privacy from 2012 to 2013. In this role, they served as a system security officer for a solution involving a secure and highly available central database. Stuart conducted security reviews and implemented monitoring controls to ensure system security.

Furthermore, Stuart has valuable experience working in the Royal Air Force. Afterward, they pursued higher education and earned a Master of Science degree in Security Management from Loughborough University, studying from 2013 to 2017. Stuart also holds several certifications related to information security, such as Certified ISMS Lead Auditor (CIS LA) from IBITGQ in November 2013, Certified Information Security Manager® (CISM) from ISACA in August 2020, and CESG Listed Advisor (CLAS) from CESG in June 2014. In addition, they obtained several certifications as a CESG Certified Professional (CCP) in various domains, such as IA Auditor (Senior Practitioner), SIRA (Senior Practitioner), and Security & Information Risk Advisor (SIRA) from the Institute of Information Security Professionals between 2013 and 2017.
