Alyson Paxman

Alyson Paxman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alyson currently holds the position of Chief Administrative Officer at The Cynosure Group, a role they started in September 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Client Experience and Vice President of Client Experience at the same company from March 2021 to the present. Alyson also worked as a Client Service Representative from June 2018 to January 2019 at The Cynosure Group.

Before joining The Cynosure Group, Alyson worked at Goldman Sachs for several years. Alyson'sroles at the investment bank include Vice President, where they managed a team of client service professionals and played a crucial role in strategic change initiatives, risk management, and vendor contract negotiations, from December 2017 to May 2018. Alyson also held the position of Associate from December 2014 to December 2017, where they were selected for the Global Woman Career Strategic Initiative (WCSI) program, aimed at developing female leaders within the firm. Alyson began their career at Goldman Sachs as an Analyst, from July 2011 to December 2014.

In addition to their experience at The Cynosure Group and Goldman Sachs, Alyson had an internship in Corporate Communications at IBM in 2011, and they also worked as a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs in 2010.

Alyson Paxman earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communications - Public Relations and Business Management from Brigham Young University. Alyson attended the university from 2007 to 2011.
