Elsa Monterd Meneses

Elsa Monterd Meneses is an accomplished fitness professional with extensive experience in the Pilates and wellness industry. Since February 2020, Elsa has served as the Lead Teacher at The Dailey Method. Additionally, since January 2017, Elsa has held the position of Directora at Lumin Pilates, a registered Mexican brand dedicated to promoting and teaching the Classical Pilates Mat method.
