The Dailey Method
Kelly Fifield is a seasoned fitness professional with extensive experience in Pilates and dance instruction. Currently a Pilates Instructor at Montclair Village Pilates since February 2020, Kelly is a fully trained STOTT Level 1 Pilates Instructor. Additionally, Kelly has served as a Group Fitness Instructor at The Dailey Method since April 2018. Prior experience includes positions as a Dance Instructor at Tiffany's Dance Academy (2015-2019) and Trillium Dance Studios (2011-2014), where Kelly taught ballet, modern, and contemporary dance, focusing on motor skill development and choreography retention. Kelly's career also includes a role as a Fitness Instructor at Cardio Barre from May 2015 to April 2016. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History, Criticism and Conservation from Humboldt State University, earned in 2012.
