Dr. Julie Radlauer-Doerfler, LMHC, is a distinguished mental health professional and organizational leader with extensive experience in advancing mental wellness. Currently serving as Thought Leader at The Daily Drip since April 2022, Dr. Radlauer-Doerfler also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Collectively_Us, a platform dedicated to uniting diverse stakeholders to address complex challenges in mental health. Previously, Dr. Radlauer-Doerfler founded The Ronik-Radlauer Group, Inc., where the focus was on organizational development for non-profit and governmental entities from 2003 to 2020. Additional roles include Director and Administrator of Youth and Family Services at Henderson Mental Health Center and Children’s Mental Health Specialist at the Florida Department of Children and Families. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Public Health from the University of South Florida, an MS in Mental Health from Nova Southeastern University, and a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Colorado Boulder.
