Shahla Nikpour LCSW-QS is a seasoned therapist and blogger specializing in Narcissistic Abuse Recovery, Depression, Anxiety, and CPTSD, currently serving as the owner of Phoenix Thriving Therapy since February 2021. In addition to private practice, Shahla contributes as a relationship and mental health blogger for The Daily Drip, starting in September 2021. Shahla's extensive background includes roles at Magellan Health and its subsidiaries, where responsibilities encompassed utilization review, care management, and oversight of inpatient psychiatric admissions. Prior experience includes serving as Clinical Director for Banyan Health Systems, managing crisis stabilization services, and providing therapeutic services at Morris Heights Health Center and Lincoln Medical and Mental Health. Shahla holds a Master of Social Work from Hunter College of Social Work and a Master of Science in Creative Arts Therapy from Pratt Institute.
