Melissa Vanek

Melissa Vanek is an experienced circulation manager with over 20 years in the newspaper industry, currently overseeing the Circulation Department at The Daily Nonpareil since February 2017. In addition to this role, Melissa has managed circulation for the Central Weekly Group since April 2013, promoting and distributing its seven weekly newspapers in the Omaha Metro area and Western Iowa. Furthermore, Melissa has served as circulation manager for Suburban Newspapers, which operates five weekly publications, since July 2001, focusing on customer service and delivery. Earlier in Melissa's career, a position as Marketing Director at Omaha Police Federal Credit Union involved managing marketing efforts, producing newsletters, and updating the organization's website. Melissa holds a B.A. in English Writing with a minor in Advertising from Wayne State College.
