Weining Ding is the Communications Assistant at The Wharton School since January 2024. Previously, Weining served as the Sports Photo Editor at The Daily Pennsylvanian, Inc. and founded empowerHER, a nonprofit focused on collecting menstrual products for underserved communities. As a Founder of empowerHER, Weining grew the team from 2 to 15 and successfully initiated partnerships with public schools, serving over 3,000 students. Weining also has experience as an Intern at Launch! Consulting, Inc. and Charlottesville Opera, where they analyzed online databases, won grants, and increased social media interaction. Currently pursuing a Bachelors's Degree of Economics at The Wharton School from August 2023 to May 2027.
