Caroline Broadfoot

Caroline Broadfoot is currently serving as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the UNC History Department, supporting Professor Kathleen DuVal, and holds the position of Assistant Editor for Traces: the UNC-CH Journal of History. Broadfoot has experience as a Server at Old Lyme Inn Inc and previously held leadership roles, including Regional Director for the North Carolina Association of Teen Democrats and District Chair for the Young Democrats of North Carolina. Other experience includes a Student Internship at the Echo Foundation and serving as a Democracy Summer Fellow at DCCC. Caroline is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in American History at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with an expected graduation in December 2024, and holds a High School Diploma from Charlotte Country Day School.
