Shaina Harkness is an experienced professional in the fields of library science and education, currently serving as the Publication Coordinator, Registrar, and Library Director at The Dalí Museum since March 2014. Prior to this role, Shaina was a Cataloging Librarian at The Ringling, where responsibilities included original cataloging and contributing to national authority files. Shaina's background also includes work as a Graduate Assistant at All Children's Hospital and as a Foreign Language Instructor at Cardinal Mooney, where curriculum development and student engagement were key focuses. Additional experience includes curriculum design as an Educator for Global Outreach in Tanzania, management roles in the hospitality sector, and campaign management for a Florida State Representative. Shaina holds a Master of Arts in Library and Information Sciences from the University of South Florida, a Teacher Certification in Social Sciences from State College of Florida, and a Bachelor of Arts in French and History from Stetson University.
