Alexis Williams

Alexis Williams is an experienced educator with a robust background in middle school administration and student support. Currently serving as the Assistant Middle School Director and Dean of Student Life at The Dalton School, Alexis manages the comprehensive student experience, overseeing academic programming, co-curricular activities, and student conduct. Previous roles include Middle School Dean of Students and Coordinator of Learning Support at The Hewitt School, where collaboration with faculty and counseling staff fostered a vibrant community, and Head Teacher at Aaron School, where curriculum was tailored for special education students. Alexis holds a Master's degree in Special Education from The City College of New York and a Certificate in Coaching from NYU School of Professional Studies.
