Molly Josephs

Molly Josephs is an experienced educator and director with a diverse background in educational leadership and curriculum development. As the founder and Director of This Teenage Life since 2018, Molly has focused on engaging with adolescents. Concurrently, Molly serves as an educator at The Dalton School, where responsibilities include teaching and mentoring students. Previous roles include being a GATHER fellow and American Delegation Leader at Seeds of Peace, a Resident Fellow at High Tech High, and a Founding Team Member at Powderhouse Studios. Molly has also taught at The Dalton School and African Leadership Academy, and contributed as a writer for Scientific American. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in School Leadership from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Brown University.
