Allison Rodman

Allison Rodman is the Founder and Chief Learning Officer of The Learning Loop, an educational consulting organization that offers professional learning services to a diverse range of clients, including schools and nonprofit organizations worldwide. With extensive experience as an Author, Faculty Member, and Presenter for ASCD, and as a National Framework Specialist with The Danielson Group, Rodman has also served as an Innovative Learning Consultant for Catalyst:Ed. Previously, Rodman held various leadership roles at Mariana Bracetti Academy Charter School, overseeing professional development and instructional coaching. Early in the career, Rodman was the Director of Special Projects for Teach For America. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Secondary Education from the University of Richmond.
